Junior/Senior IT Development/Programmer ( Code : ITDP ) Basic Requirements:
- Male or female
- Knowledgeable in project management with solid understanding of programming and development, and database management using MSSQL, Oracle, Java
- 3-5 years working experience in any industry
- Sharp, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work alone and perform programming/development, if required
- Able to manage a team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Write program code, develop, manage/oversee, and maintain the following projects
* Website, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, and Java
* Various database
* Social network media
* IT Infrastructure
* Marketing syndication tool
* New innovative project code " using several programming software languages
* Management, monitoring, and reporting tools
- Perform research study and provide recommendation on new technology-related projects
- Create and present Product Technical Data Sheet to clients and provide technical support
- Write Project Design, Business Process, and Scope Review and provide support for product enhancements
- Write Project Requirement for Proposal Technical Specification and Customization
- Able to perform system integration with client IT environment (project deployment mode)
- Create plan and conduct user and business acceptance testing Minimum Requirements :
- Single
- Less than 33 years old
- Energetic individual and not satisfied with norm
- Willing to work hard and long hours
- Smart, innovative, technological savvy, and open-minded

- Create and assist with Business Plan Calculation Template and Business Plan for all new projects
- Responsible for creating proposal for fund requirement/injection
- Develop Method of Capital Injection SOP, flow of the money from investor to incubated company and the holding. Consult with Tax officer.
- Develop the knowledge on preparation for IPO process
- Develop the knowledge on due diligence and tax audit
- Develop the knowledge on steps for equity dilution, buy out share, merger acquisition
- Review Monthly Tax Report, and prepare Financial Report for 6 months and yearly for RUPS (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham)
- Keep abreast with government laws and tax and corporate rules and regulations
- Build close relationship with Banker's network and Offshore Funding (Investor Relationship)
- Create Venture Capitalist database in Indonesia, Asia, and worldwide
- Develop business relationship with various government entity for seed funding
- Act as Compliance Officer for listed companies
- Act as Public Relations Officer to gain more publicity Minimum Requirements :
- Single
